 PAYMENT POLICY We currently accept PayPal. PayPal is the leading payment processing service on the Internet. The security level is compared to military strength encryption procedures. We can accept your credit card, debit card, or E-Check of cash transfer through our PayPal shopping cart system. We also accept Checks and Money Orders. Please understand that your item may be delayed further when paying by Check of Money Order as in most instances, our bank may place a hold on the negotiable item. We will hold your item from stock for ten calendar days until we receive your Check or Money Order, allowing consideration for it to arrive via mail. The address to send payment should be displayed when you use our Check Out System and integrated Shopping Cart utility. Our goal is to sell only those items we would place in our own homes or purchase as gifts for special people in our lives. Consequently, we are very particular when it comes to choosing our product line. We try to choose only quality items to sell that will assist us in establishing a loyal and long lasting business relationship with you, our highly respected clients.
We try our best to describe items accurately and to show you a good photographic representation of our product line. Most items will be shipped directly from our parent company, Victoria Rose Cottage, Inc. and will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail Insured with Delivery Confirmation. The USPS will send you an Email notice when an item is ordered for pick up by the USPS. However, the tracking information for your package may not be in their system for a few days.
On occasion, we may select an alternate shipper and will advise you of this prior to shipment. From time to time, we may also have an artisan or crafter ship an item directly to you. We respect and honor all members of our design family and will advise you of their selected shipping method if it is different than what we use or if it should require any additional information to prepare your package for shipment.
DAMAGED ITEMS
Every item we ship out from Victoria Rose Cottage, Inc. and its other "sister sites" is insured! If any item arrives damaged, you will be responsible to file the necessary paper work regarding this claim with your local branch of the USPS. We will do our best to assist you with any paper work necessary to validate the proof of Insurance and assist the USPS with your claim.
